Qalat lahum rusuluhum in nahnu illa basharun mithlukum walakinna Allaha yamunnu AAala man yashao min AAibadihi wama kana lana an na/tiyakum bisultanin illa bi-ithni Allahi waAAala Allahi falyatawakkali almu/minoona
Transliteration-2
qālat lahum rusuluhum in naḥnu illā basharun mith'lukum walākinna l-laha yamunnu ʿalā man yashāu min ʿibādihi wamā kāna lanā an natiyakum bisul'ṭānin illā bi-idh'ni l-lahi waʿalā l-lahi falyatawakkali l-mu'minūn
Said to them their Messengers, "Not we (are) but a human like you, but Allah bestows His Grace on whom He wills of His slaves. And not is for us that we bring you an authority except by the permission (of) Allah. And upon Allah so let put (their) trust the believers.

Their apostles answered them: "True, we are nothing but mortal men like yourselves: but God bestows His favour upon whomever He wills of His servants. Withal, it is not within our power to bring you a proof [of our mission], unless it be by God's leave-and [so] it is in God that all believers must place their trust
Their messengers said unto them: We are but mortals like you, but Allah giveth grace unto whom He will of His slaves. It is not ours to bring you a warrant unless by the permission of Allah. In Allah let believers put their trust
Their messengers said to them: "True, we are human like yourselves, but Allah doth grant His grace to such of his servants as He pleases. It is not for us to bring you an authority except as Allah permits. And on Allah let all men of faith put their trust

Their messengers told them: "We are only human like yourselves, but God showers blessings on any of His servants whom He wishes. It is not for us to bring you any authority except with God´s permission. On God should believers rely."

Without exception their Messengers said to them, "Yes, we are human beings like you. Allah gives His grace of Revelation to whom He chooses among His servants. We work within the Laws of Allah that preclude the performance of supernatural miracles." (The right way to attain firm belief is reflecting at the Universe, within our own selves, at the accounts of history, and upon these verses. That is the general approach of the Book). "Then you can attain the belief whence you can firmly put your trust in the never changing Laws of Allah."
Their messengers (from Allah) said to them: "(It is) true, we are human like yourselves, but Allah grants His grace (mercy) to some of His servants whom He pleases. It is not for us to bring you an authority except when Allah permits. And in Allah, let all men of faith have their trust
Their messengers said to them, "We are only men like you, but Allah confers favor upon whom He wills of His servants. It has never been for us to bring you evidence except by permission of Allah . And upon Allah let the believers rely
